• Cleaning and deodorizing time can be greatly reduced by adding a water soluble deodorizer to quats or mop water. This allows the user to clean and deodorize in one step.
• A Bacteria/Enzyme Digester should be used in, on, and around all urinals, Toilets, and shower stalls to eliminate those persistent organic based odors, such as urine, feces, vomit, perspiration, etc.

  These products are designed to digest and destroy the source of the odors.

  Bacteria/Enzyme Digesters are also used in drains and traps to eliminate any plumbing related odors.

  It is generally recommended to use a Bacteria/Enzyme Digester that contains an odor counteractant. This allows the product to eliminate the existing odors, and also eliminate the odor source, thereby eliminating any reoccurring odors.

• The use of Liquid, Gel, or Aerosol Dispensers is an economical method of providing  Around The Clock deodorization.

  It is a good idea to mount the dispensers close to the restroom entrance. This reduces the risk of vandalism and also provides a pleasant fragrance to anyone entering the restroom.

  As a general rule of thumb, use one dispenser for every two stalls or urinals.

• Incorporating the use of urinal screens and toilet bowl hangers can reduce toilet and urinal odors. These products generally incorporate Para and Non-Para deodorizing blocks. Try our NEW Ultra Air Program.
  

NOTE:

• Para blocks are air soluble, and therefore should be used in urinals with standing water.
• Non-Para blocks are water soluble, and should be used in dry urinals.

• Add a water soluble deodorizer to cleaning solutions, disinfectants, quats and mop water, carpet extraction cleaners, shampoos, virtually any water based solution to deodorize as you clean.
• Use a Bacteria/Enzyme Digester to counteract and eliminate organic odors such as urine, feces, vomit, perspiration, etc.

  This product can be used for pre-spotting laundry, removing spots and odors from carpeting, all restroom applications, and odors associated with septic systems, drains, and traps.

• A granular based deodorizer can be used to eliminate odors in dumpsters, trash cans, ash trays, and compactors.
• To help control odors in carpeted areas, you can incorporate the use of a powdered rug and room deodorizer. Always make sure the product contains an odor counteractant and not just a perfume or fragrance.

  CAUTION:

  • Some powdered deodorizers are formulated with baking soda, which is abrasive and absorbs moisture. These products will actually cut and damage the carpet fibers and by collecting moisture will clog and damage vacuuming equipment.

    Always use a product that is formulated with a corn cob base. These products do not harm the carpet fibers and do not attract moisture.

• Using a liquid spill absorbent and deodorizer can quickly eliminate spills and related odors. These products will gel and deodorize a liquid spill within seconds and will counteract any spill related odors.
