The best way to identify an unknown carpet stain is to mist warm water onto the stain and cover with a Styrofoam cup. Let stand for approximately 30 seconds, and then simply remove the cup. An odor from the staining material should be detected in the cup!
SPOT REMOVAL PROCEDURES
Do not apply water to ink stains.

Bacteria/Enzyme Digesters are also used in drains and traps to eliminate any plumbing related odors.
It is generally recommended to use a Bacteria/Enzyme Digester that contains an odor counteractant. This allows the product to eliminate the existing odors, and also eliminate the odor source, thereby eliminating any reoccurring odors.
It is a good idea to mount the dispensers close to the restroom entrance. This reduces the risk of vandalism and also provides a pleasant fragrance to anyone entering the restroom.
As a general rule of thumb, use one dispenser for every two stalls or urinals.
NOTE:
This product can be used for pre-spotting laundry, removing spots and odors from carpeting, all restroom applications, and odors associated with septic systems, drains, and traps.
CAUTION:
Always use a product that is formulated with a corn cob base. These products do not harm the carpet fibers and do not attract moisture.
