This dry spotting solvent is a specific formula for hardened lacquers and paint films requiring a special solvent. Use D-3 also on: synthetic adhesives, marking inks, household cements, varnishes, nail polish, old paint spots. NOT FOR SALE IN CALIFORNIA. CAN BE SHIPPED VIA GROUND ONLY.
